广州雨豆树信息科技有限公司（“我们”）运营 DOLA 服务。本政策说明我们在提供手机号登录和 WhatsApp 验证码功能时如何处理个人信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 你提交的手机号码；
- 验证码请求、验证结果、登录状态和相关时间记录；
- 为保障服务安全和排查故障所需的有限技术信息，例如请求时间、错误类型和安全事件记录。
验证码仅用于身份验证并会自动失效。我们不会在应用日志中记录完整验证码。
2. 使用目的
我们仅将上述信息用于发送验证码、验证用户身份、维持登录会话、防止滥用、限制异常请求，以及保障和改进服务可靠性。
3. 服务提供方
为发送验证码，我们会将手机号码和必要的消息参数提供给 Meta 的 WhatsApp Business Platform。Meta 可能依照其自身政策在不同国家或地区处理相关信息。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将其用于与本服务无关的广告。
4. 保存与安全
我们仅在提供服务、履行适用义务或处理安全事件所需的期限内保存信息，并采取访问控制、敏感日志脱敏和传输加密等合理措施。无需继续保存时，我们会删除或匿名化相关信息，但法律另有要求的除外。
5. 你的选择与权利
你可以要求查询、更正或删除与手机号账户相关的信息，也可以停止使用服务。我们可能需要先验证请求者身份，以保护账户安全。

DOLA Privacy Policy
Guangzhou Yudoushu Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") operates the DOLA service. This policy explains how we handle personal information when providing phone-number sign-in and WhatsApp verification codes.
1. Information we process
- The phone number you submit;
- Verification-code requests, verification results, sign-in status, and related timestamps;
- Limited technical information needed for security and troubleshooting, such as request times, error types, and security-event records.
Verification codes are used only for authentication and expire automatically. We do not write complete verification codes to application logs.
2. How we use information
We use this information only to deliver verification codes, authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, rate-limit unusual requests, and protect and improve service reliability.
3. Service providers
To deliver verification codes, we provide the phone number and necessary message parameters to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may process this information in different countries or regions under its own policies. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising unrelated to this service.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet applicable obligations, or address security incidents. We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, sensitive-log redaction, and encryption in transit. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your phone-number account, or stop using the service. We may first verify your identity to protect the account.
